Panchsheel Filters is a leader in the super-niche B2B category of industrial filters. They concentrated on R&D, building a bank of products, and building an impressive client list for 25 years. They wanted to capitalise on this legacy and planned for the expansion of capacity and products. A change of direction for visibility was mandated as part of their expansion plans.

Engineered products and services that could be benchmarked, where deliverables were tested repeatedly for efficacy, were the hallmark of Panchsheel products. A lot of homework and lots of learning to understand the business, the workflow, and the applications of the products convinced us that the communication needed to mirror the Panchsheels value system and look as engineered and precise as their products.

We decided on a conceptual approach that could demonstrate, be tactile, be relevant to their offerings, and be timeless in its thought. We used a filter fabric for the cover of the brochure and a video for the website. We included case studies of a spectrum of industries and applications along with technical details to reinforce indigenous technical knowledge and expertise.

The unique visitor now stays longer on the website than on the sites of most other competitors. In addition, the marketing team now finds it easier to communicate with prospective businesses and forward more firm leads to the sales team which also finds it easier to close sales.
